1. ¶¹°ü³ÉÈË°æ Foundation Honors U.S. Representative Tom Cole With Vision Award

   The ¶¹°ü³ÉÈË°æ Foundation honored U.S. Representative Tom Cole with the 2016 Vision in Education Leadership Award. ¶¹°ü³ÉÈË°æ President Leigh B. Goodson, Ph.D., ¶¹°ü³ÉÈË°æ Foundation Chair Joan Parkhurst, and former Oklahoma Governor Frank Keating presented Congressman Cole with the Vision Award at the 17th annual ¶¹°ü³ÉÈË°æ Vision in Education Leadership Awards Dinner Thursday, Sept. 1 at the Cox Business Center. The event raised more than $300,000 for the ¶¹°ü³ÉÈË°æ Foundation.

2. U.S. Representative Tom Cole Named the 2016 Vision Honoree

   U.S. Representative Tom Cole is the ¶¹°ü³ÉÈË°æ Foundation 2016 Vision in Education Leadership Award recipient. He will receive the award at the ¶¹°ü³ÉÈË°æ Vision in Education Leadership Award Dinner Thursday, Sept. 1 at the Cox Business Center in downtown Tulsa. A reception will begin at 6 p.m. with dinner to follow at 7 p.m. The 2016 Vision Honorary Chair is Stacy Schusterman and David Stratton serves as the Vision Dinner Chair.

   The ¶¹°ü³ÉÈË°æ Foundation named Rachel D. Hutchings as the new Director of Development. The ¶¹°ü³ÉÈË°æ Foundation supports the mission and vision of the College by developing community relationships and financial support for student development and scholarships as well as critical capital and equipment needs. The ¶¹°ü³ÉÈË°æ Foundation was founded in 1970.
